Our mobile offices enable us to provide on-site support throughout the duration of the project. We come prepared with our state-of-the-art equipment including special roof moisture meters to instantly confirm or deny "Roof Up Lift" claims. We do the extra work to prevent supplemental claims and accurate roof damage estimates by taking roof cores on all damaged roofs. Our "Agreed Scope of Damages" floor plans keep supplemental claims to a minimum. Daily we scan the "Agreed Scope of Damages" floor plans then e-mail them to the contractor or Public Adjuster to expedite completion of their estimates using the same agreed scoping damage data.
Our patented "Farley Fast Track System" enables the data to flow from the field inspection teams to our data processing department resulting in completion of forty plus units per 24 period. The extremely fast completion and payment of the "Non-Disputed Damage" estimate prevents any distrust or "Bad Faith" situation the Public Adjuster may attempt.
As an additional service to Master Condo Association claims, we supply each building President with a packet of information to assist the unit owner's in completion of their H-06 claims.
