We come prepared with our state-of-the-art equipment including infra red cameras to locate moisture damage, moisture meters to pin point damages for interiors & roofs and digital cameras specially chosen for unit adjusting.
As an additional service, we supply each Multi-Family complex with a packet of information to assist them in working with the Insurance company from start to finish. This packet includes proof to dispute claim discrepancies that may arise after the insurance company adjusters have completed their visual only inspections. |
